We spent our morning at the Louvre, which is like a crash course in Art History! The place is huge! More art than you can imagine, all in one place.
Need I say more about the Mona Lisa? It can be surprising to see that this painting is quite small, for all its fame.
This evening, we were off to dinner and a cruise on the Seine by night. We met our boat at the base of the Eiffel Tower.
Paris at night is pure magic. The Eiffel Tower is covered with twinkling lights and sparkles every hour on the hour. We caught it as we started our cruise and as we ended.
For dinner, every item on the menu was fresh and REALLY tasty!
The wine came from Languedoc—yum!
