When Tour Consultant Kyle P. returned from his first Go Ahead tour, A Taste of Tuscany & Umbria, "gluttony" was the word he used to describe his experience of eating his way through Italy. Yet, it wasn't the food photos that caught our eye but the images of the quiet moments on tour and the smaller details that tell a larger story.
Bruschetta is a typical Italian antipasto with origins that can be traced back to the 15th century. Our Group Coordinators on the Taste of Tuscany & Umbria Convention Tour recently tried their hands at creating this tasty version, which features grilled bell peppers in place of the customary tomatoes.
